Ordered three sets of this dinnerware, and just ordered one more set. They are very nice looking and the shapes are great. The coffee mugs are really easy to hold on to and you can even get a man's hand through the handle, which is not easy with some mugs. Only 2 bowls out of 12 were broken when recieved.There was no padding on the bottom of this specific shipping box and the bowls were basically knocked about. Other than that, they are beautiful.
