    I would recommend this but with a few reservations... While I still love the look of these, a few have chipped over the last few months. With a house of 5 people, I can't tell exactly how it happened, but keep in mind that these will chip. I had a Pfaltzgraff set (much more expensive, I know) for 11 years before getting sick of them, and in all that time only one chipped. If you are a very careful person, I still recommend these. If you have younger children or are klutzy, better go with another material.

    I bought the 50 piece set through Overstock as a Christmas present to myself in 2009 for an incredible price I've not seen since. They arrived very well packaged and are beautiful. Pictures don't do them justice they look much better in person. Very happy with purchase.

    This dining set is very elegant and looks great on my dining table. The pattern around the quatrofoil edge is actually little triangles. I didn't see them in the photos on here, but I really like how they look. The set was complete and had no missing or damaged parts. I've used them and run them through the dishwasher a few times. The bowls are are large and shallow, more like pasta bowls, so I ended up getting a different bowl set that are smaller and deeper for cereal.

    I want to advise prospective buyers that they better be sure they like these plates and bowls because they are NON REFUNDABLE ! They weren't exactly as I expected and when I went to return them, I was surprised to find they were not returnable. They are OK for the price I suppose, just be sure.

    Dinnerware was packed with utmost care and received in perfect condition. The dishes are lovely, even more stunning than the online picture. The colors are vibrant, the artful design is beautiful, and the dishes & mugs are sturdy and a great size. The family was very impressed, and I'm quite happy with my purchase.
