Nice set
Table is very nice. Veneer top is hard to keep clean, marks easily, but wipes off quickly with polish. Chair arrived damaged, but Overstock sent a new one. No arms on any chairs, but not an issue for us. We love it!

Beautiful set
This set is very high quality and looks almost exactly as pictured. The only thing different is that I didn't get any chairs with arms. The picture shows the two end chairs having arms. My husband and I didn't really care about this, so we just kept it as is. Assembly took about two hours with two people. I don't think that's more than to be expected considering there are six chairs. Overall, we love it and expect it to last a very long time!

Softwood, easily scratched or damanged
We bought this dining set in Feb'11. We were excited due to the positive review. The set does look beautiful when first put together. We had a slight trouble putting the arm chairs together. The arms didn't go in perfectly, but we tolerated the imperfection. Soon we discovered the table is too easily scratched or marked. And after just about 8 months of use, the table top is scratched up pretty badly. Last week, when my husband was sitting on one of the chair, one leg just snapped off and broke. The reason is the wood is simply too weak. We are extremely disppointed at this purchase. All of my purchases from OO have been excellet, but not this one. I do not recommend this set.

This table arrived my home just 5 days after I ordered it, some assembly needed, but it's pretty simple. Love the color and simple design, I am very happy with this purchase.
