  I was very hesitant to order furniture on-line but after looking in nearly every store and only finding very plain looking chairs or ones that had terrible fabric at this price point, I read the reviews of these and took a chance. I ordered 3 sets, so 6 chairs total and am very pleased with the purchase. If you turn them over, you'll see where the inexpensive part comes in as the wood is unfinished and the fabric is roughly cut and stapled down. But, my guests never flip over my chairs and I doubt yours will either! And everywhere else they look great. The design is elegant and makes them look more expensive than they are and the velvet is as nice as what you'd find on a department store chair. A couple of them were slightly wobbly, but a felt pad would fix it and when you sit in the chair your own weight is enough to stop the wobble. If it was on a rug you wouldn't know at all. And assembly was very easy. All in all, if you're waivering on these I'd recommend taking a chance....

  Nice chair, Nice weathered finish on the legs. If you want this to go with other things know that the color is what I would call "dull lavendar" It's a very purplish gray. Nice fabric and an ok color but if you expecting beige/natural linen/oatmeal it's not.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The fabric is not Beige. It's "lavendar" It's a very gray lavendar color. Not that it's bad but not what I expected. So if you want beige beware.

  don't know how it will stand the test of time. The back slats are not made of one piece of wood. They are smaller pieces fit together.

  I looked for chairs for a very long time. I wanted chairs that I liked from a style pov but that my kids could use without destroying them with stains. These chairs look great, I ordered 8 and not one had a defect! Spills and most dirt just wipe right off. Ink is a problem but I did manage to get a yellow highlighter pen stain off with some work. Our only issue so far is that our cat has scratched a few of the chairs and I am thinking of buying a few to put aside in case some get really wrecked and they are not sold any more! They are also really comfortable and the nailhead detail is really nice.
