We ordered these chairs to go with a similar teak table to replace a much heavier and significantly more expensive teak set. The chairs are much lighter but attractive. Unfortunately, sitting on the one chair for the first time, a large and critical part for its integrity, broke. Upon a 'chat' session with Overstock.com a representative will get back to me in a couple of days and will almost certainly replace the defective chair. My jury is still out on whether I'd recommend these chairs; they are an excellent value if and only if they're sturdy enought for everyday use. Our older, and much sturdier, teak chairs, served us well other than being a victim to old age.

Very simple, comfortable without pillows, but I plan to get some cushions anyway. No assembly - a real plus in my book. Too soon to tell how they will weather Florida's weather.

I bought these 2 folding chairs plus the matching 32" round table to replace the dining set that was in our 5th wheel camper. That set took up so much room in the camper and we hardly ever used it. Bought these chairs and table because they are able to fold up while traveling and also they don't take up as much room in the camper. Used them this past weekend for the first time and they worked well. Also easy to fold up and take outside and use for extra seating. The only issue with the chairs is that if you sit too far forward on the seats, they want to fold up. I had to keep cautioning my grandkids to "sit back on the seat". But all in all , I am very pleased with my purchase. They work well in my camper and I can easily take them out to use outside on the patio at home also.

Chairs were a perfect match for the table. I will now consider acquiring the arm chairs to match.

I was very pleased with the chairs so bought more. They are heavy and not too big. They do not fold flat but that is not a problem for me.

These chairs are not much cheaper than better-constructed teak folding chairs, and both had splits in the side slats from drying out. The design and idea are good, but the wood apparently was too wet when the chairs were constructed.

If I had known about the condition of the chairs beforehand I would not have ordered them, It will take about 8 - 10 hours of work to finish off the chairs so they can be used.

Good quality, dark wood folding chairs. We needed something that wouldn't take up much room on our small deck and these fit the bill.

I tend not to trust any reviews that have all five star ratings but these chairs merit an exception. They are very comfortable, attractive and well made. They are not at all flimsy and are likely to last a very long time. I bought 4 chairs and construction is consistent throughout. One caveat...although the spring loaded pin (locking mechanism) brilliantly keeps the chairs from closing up on you unexpectedly and crushing your fingers, once they are folded for storage, they don't want to stay folded. They drop back open into sitting position. This is a little frustrating but no reason to give them less than an excellent rating. If I were rating on a 0% to 100% scale I would put them at 85- 90%. They also have a carry handle cutout in the seat so when folded up moving them around is a breeze. Very clever design! I store them on their sides instead of standing up so they don't flop open.By the way, the entire process from ordering to delivery was quick and flawless.MB

Beautiful chairs. Would like to order more. Matches table I purchased last year. Comfortable, though probably not comfortable for large customers.

I bought two sets of these for extra deck seating, and I expected to have to assemble them for the price. What delight when all I had to do was open the box, untie the packing, and lift them out - ready to go!!! I bought the two arm chairs, bench, 4 folding chairs and a table in Royal Tahiti Balau wood, and they are the best purchases I have made in years. Good quality and good price, cannot be beaten.

We got these chairs to go on a somewhat small balcony and were particularly keen on the folding aspect, since we plan to keep them in the closet and bring them out when we have guests over. The construction looks solid and the wood is smoothly finished. We already had the 5-position chairs from Royal Tahiti (which are great!) and a small table that match these folding chairs. The leg and back support of these chairs is good for me and my husband (we're 5'3" and 6'3"). However, the arm rests are too low or too slanted down to the back, so only our wrists rest comfortably on the arm rest while the rest of our arms hang in mid-air. The other disappointment is that while they do fold, they are still quite bulky and they do not stay in the folded position. We had to prop a heavy box up next to them in the closet so that they would stay folded up. But all told, they will be a comfortable addition to our balcony and we're looking forward to putting them to good use this summer!

Dinner tables are set differently depending on the type of dinnerware and what food is served. Casual dinner table settings provide each person with the three basic pieces of silverware while formal dinner table settings provide guests with a separate piece of silverware for each course served. Plates, bowls, silverware, napkins and glasses are all part of the necessary dinnerware for setting the table. Having separate dinnerware sets for both formal and casual dining events is very helpful for setting the table appropriately.
