Reviewed many desks on different sites and finally decided on this one. My husband put it together in no time and said that structurally was sound. I checked it out after he was done and it is a very sturdy desk. Amazing quality. I would recommend this desk to anyone!!
this was an awesome looking desk the carbon fiber desk top is really nice and all of the accessory holders placed around the desk make for nice place to hang all of your gamming stuff this table was made for me
The cams that came with the desk to hold all the part of the desk together were not the best quality metal...
Desk is perfect size and exactly what I was looking for
I was so excited to receive my desk but it arrived damaged. Had to wait another 6-10 business days for the new one to arrive. Unfortunately, I had already disassembled my old desk so I had to deal with not having a desk for that length of time as well as everything that had been stored in my old desk sitting around the room. When the new desk arrived, it wasn't damaged but 12 screws necessary to attach the pull out keyboard section were missing and the glue which was included was pretty much dried up. I am not unhappy with the desk itself but not satisfied with the other issues.
This desk is the perfect size for my needs. Two drawers would have been better, but the desk is well made. There was one small flaw in the finish of the desk top, but relatively unoticable since my computer sits on it.
I was looking at this desk and another on the site. I ended up going with this desk for several reasons. First off you can't beat the price for a desk at this quality. I use this desk for my home office and wanted something sturdy and stylish. I really was hoping to find a desk with a glass top that wasn't too expensive but not to cheap either. Also having drawers was a huge bonus. Plus my home office is on carpet and I noted the legs were metal and curved. This makes it so much easier to move around than a desk with standard legs. I decided to go with the all black one and couldn't be happier. The desk arrived super fast and wasn't to difficult to assemble. I am not a "Mr Handy-Man" but I was able to go step by step and put it together. I was able to assemble it and only needed help putting the glass top on. Other than that, the desk was fairly easy to put together. I am a professinal illustrator and having a nice solid glass top is ideal and the drawers help with storage. I am 100% happy with my decision. The desk looks great and is an ideal desk for work.

I purchased this as a sibling desk to my West Elm Parsons Desk, for my husband to use. The desks are next to each other and you can really tell the difference (this Altra desk is shorter in depth). For the price this desk is great. It hasn't fallen apart, the surface doesn't stain, and my husband enjoys working on it, although I think he'd rather a bit more space. If you're looking for a cheap desk that won't fall apart right away, and you aren't worried about craftsmanship, this is the one.
