  • Pretty chairs

    Well made chairs, easy to put together...wish it came with better instructions. When we assembled the chairs they were not even and wobbled...after turning them upside down to put little felt pieces on them to make them level we noticed that you just turn the bottoms to even them out. The instructions were VERY basic..but now that that problem was fixed we love the chairs...they look great in my kitchen!

  • Derby 26 inch Counter Stool

    I ordered four of these stools. Wasn't looking forward to the assembly. Took the first one out of the box and dug in. It wasn't all that difficult, except the holes on the swivel mechanism just didn't line up. It was just a bear. I ended up leaving one of the screw out because there was just no way it was going to line up. Now, I had three more stools to put together and I was sweating it at this point. As it turns out, the other three stools went together fairly darn easy. This one particular stool came with a different swivel than the others. Obviously, the three other stools had the correct mechanism, and they substituted a different swivel in this box. This box had a spring loaded swivel....the others didn't. Did I take it back apart and see what the customer service was like? No, I didn't. I figured I had 7 out of 8 screws in place. I'll just have one stool with a spring loaded swivel that brings it back in place after it's been turned. No big deal. Other than that, these stools are beautiful and we really do like them. They add a certain element of class to the decor.

  • Great comfy product

    I wa shocked when these arrived two business days after ordering. I was even more shocked how easy they were to put together but the construction was very good. Very pleasantly surprised at this nice product!
