it really works!
I had wanted one of these for a long time and I wonder why I waited so long. It can make an inexpensive cut of meat tender as can be. Brining is more effective with this too. If you do not have one you might want to consider it.

Great product.
The Meat Tenderizer works great. The blades are VERY sharp. Make sure you do not lose the cover. The Meat Tenderizer is simple to use and made a huge difference in the tenderness of my steaks. I have wanted one forever and finally chose this one. I am glad I did. The blades are much neater than pounding the meat with a "hammer". Highly recommend.
