They were a great deal! They seem like they will last forever. Make sure You realize how huge they are though. 13" diameter, but they're perfect for an olive garden style pasta.

These are soo beautiful. They make any food dish look incredible. They are huge and heavy, yet delicate and elegant. I love that they are almost a hybrid between a plate and bowl, and work well for lots of different food items. You could also use as a display piece in a table center, yes they really are that nice. The color appears stark until you have them filled, then the food takes over but does not overwhelm. I use these for almost every meal. I am pretty rough on dishes and these so far have held up without chipping or breaking through dishwasher and cupboard clanking. Also, I have accidently hit the edge pretty hard on a granite countertop without any damage! These are worth the $$$ I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
