Got this chair for the lumbar support and comfort. It is a wonderful chair!

The chair arrived with a broken leg, and Overstock replaced it, without me needing to send the whole chair back. Since it was a Christmas gift I was very pleased with the immediate service to resolve the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another chair from them, even though there was a problem with the first one I bought.

Very comfortable, sleek office chair. The only drawback for me was that it can be raised--but only to a certain height. It is too low for my boss (6') and for me (5'6"). We're now using it in the conference room as an extra chair.

I've only used this chair for three weeks but it seems like a good value for the money. It's very comfortable and easy to adjust. I was reluctant to purchase an office chair online w/o trying it out but I'm definitely happy with this purchase.

Needed to replace a broken chair purchased a couple of years ago from a box store. Thought the old chair was good, but this one blows it out of the water. Great chair for a home office. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has no headrest.

I am about 6' and 220 lbs. and I have a painful back condition. This chair is comfortable, the correct height, and provides excellent lumbar support. Perfect for computer work which I do for hours at a time. One minor point: I cannot get it to lean back as much as I would like.

The chair is very comfortable and can easily be used for long periods of time without stress.
