Good concept- needs work
I have been scouring for a good cheese grater that is not the classic "knuckle buster" I thought this one would fit the bill. I grated some cheddar and the grater worked just fine, was easy to disassemble for cleaning. I was a little nervous about the use of a "pin" to keep the grating disk attached to the unit as it was small and seemed likely to get lost. The second time I used it the plastic loop that the pin fits into broke right off rendering the whole thing completely useless.
