Cheaply made
The product looks great for the price. However, after only a short amount of time, the seat ripped apart from the handle, making the product non-functioning. Once the customer service rep was able to understand what the problem was (based on my very simple explanation) and what I wanted them to do in response (simply expressed as an exchange as opposed to return), they agreed to send me a new one and issue a return shipping slip. That process took quite a while because of the language barrier.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is questionable, since it ripped while in use.
