This product was anything but safe. Surprised because this is a good brand for other things like coffee makers. I sent it back immediatelyRead More
This heater quickly heats up the bedroom it is used in and is pretty solid. The base seems a little flimsy but I haven't noticed any problems with that yet.Read More
I ordered this heater because I've moved into an attic and, while finished, it has no ventilation for heat. I turned it on, fan active, and the room went from a chilly 40º or so to around 50º in less than ten minutes. That said, the heater itself gets the job done in a decently sized space. My complaint lies with the supplies, namely the screws, that come with it. It may come as a surprise to some companies, but when your product requires screws for the product to be used safely and efficiently, you might want to make sure that those screws actually fit where they belong. For the time being, I have to keep my space pet-free and be incredibly careful around my heater myself until I can replace the blunt-ended screws that don't fit in the holes allotted for them in the bottom of the heater. The only reason I'm running it in this fashion is out of sheer desperation (it's winter and there's a blizzard on the horizon; I'd rather not freeze in my sleep). A word to Delonghi: Make sure the screws will fit before you pack them with the product!Read More
I ordered it and use it and ordered 2 more...one for my other side of the basement and one for my cousin.Read More
