I love the colors of this doormat. It is suprisingly bright given it is on natural fiber and hand stenciled. I think that it is good that the description suggests this mat be used outside only because it is going to shed since it is natural coconut fiber. The non-skid backing is holding up. I have been using the mat for a few weeks now and it is still in new looking condition.

Great rug. Nonslip backing is nice and colors are classic.

Perfect color. Needs non-slip backing! Just what we needed by our sun room door.

I think I found out the maker of this rug and the price is very good. The quality of the mat is good. The tiles are tightly woven together with thick cord. The tiles show variations in the color which is supposedly handcrafted. There are non skid bumpers on the bottom end for slipping. I'm putting this outside of a custom shower to be used as a bath mat. The color blends nicely with our gray-brown faux wood tiles. The only negative of this mat is that it came shipped with a tag affixed to the mat with a cord looped through the tiles. Normally I would just cut the cord and the tag would come off. It appears that the cord was looped around the wood tiles while the poly finish coat was still wet because the cord was embedded into the finish. I had to chisel it out and was left with an obvious bump on the top coat. I sanded it down and then used a pencil to try and mimic the gray tones of the tiles and finished with two top coats of poly. Now it's mostly unnoticeable.

Rug looks a little "rougher" in person as far as the weave goes. If you are looking for a "perfect" sort of rug, don't get this one. It has a lot of character (imperfections) in the weave. I was going to put it in one of our downstairs rooms (playroom or living room) but after getting it, I decided to throw it over the existing (old, flat) wall to wall carpet in my boys' room. We are going to do a navy/orange theme, which I think will work nicely. Hoping the kids don't pick at it...it's the kind of rug a kid or pet could probably ruin pretty easily if they put their mind to it since there is a lot to pick at. It has been shedding a lot of threads and fibers too, but I haven't vacuumed it yet, so hopefully that will help. I probably wouldn't buy it again for what I was looking for, but it was a good price for a huge rug that added some color to a bedroom, and I really appreciate the fact that it's natural materials and no glued on backing that can break down over time. Regarding the back, it's basically reversible, except if you look really close, the ends are sewn under, so I guess there is officially a right side up...but most people wouldn't notice. If putting on hard flooring, will need a non-slip pad. Works fine with no pad on our thin wall to wall carpet. I think the description mentioned there was red in the rug...but not really. It's all orange with bits of tan.

This mat is just as beautiful as the picture. It is easy to clean, just sweep it off of use a hose. I took one star off because the backing is not skid proof. If there is no weight on the mat it does move but not while wiping your feet. or stepping on it.

This fireplace screen is sturdier and better assembled than I had expected. It's not the most decorative screen out there, but it was decorative enough for my taste, and is very sturdy and rather heavier than I thought it would be. The hinges are not wobbly at all. In fact, it takes a little effort to move the panels (I consider this a good thing). Also, it actually looks better in person... the metal really does look antique/distressed, with hints of raw metal peaking out from behind the dark paint. It just arrived today so I haven't had a chance to "use" it, but I'm sure it will work just fine. Behind the decorative and structural metal work is a wire-mesh screen, which appears sufficient to hold back any embers that try to crackle or pop out. The only drawback is that it is made in China, but a note packaged with it assured me that the paint is non-toxic... and had another note not said "Made in China," I never would have guessed. In summary, short of being made in China (which is almost unavoidable these days and not that important anyway), this is an ideal fireplace screen. Decorative but not gaudy, sturdy and heavy. Really, this was much nicer than some much more expensive screens I've seen in stores (*****,**********).
