(1.) I purchased the 24", 18", Bath-robe hooks, toilet-tissue holder and the towel ring as a matching set for 3 bathrooms -- they are all beautiful (all in CHROME). (2.) Great price for a solid brass product (main reason why I bought it) -- Very nice quality -- solid, heavy and sturdy. (3.) No problems with installation, all parts complete and easy & straignt-forward installation. I have installed for 2 months now and everything is still looking brand new with daily use. (4.) Package arrived quickly in perfect condition. Everything was well packed in individual boxes (like jewlery!). (5.) Overall, very pleased with purchase.

Thrilled with the look, quality and feel of this product. Looks high end. Finish is very smooth. Weight is nice. Looks amazing in our new bath. Size is perfect. Easily holds 2 folded spa sized towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths stacked on top of the towels for a luxury look. Can't imagine finding anything I would like better.
