amymees from WA, Rating:2.0I was shocked to learn, when reading instructions about installation that my basic drill and bits were not going to be good enough. You need a hammer drill and a special diamond bit that is priced at $30 to be able to drill into my tile floor.Along with this I will need another 2 bits which I have not yet priced. I have called Home Depot and they will rent me the materials for $40, that is if I can do the job in 4 hours. If you have the tools, I would recommend....

buzzkill71 from Atlanta, Rating:5.0This item is a great prodcut that not only deters burglars but makes their job incredibly difficult. Installed ours in our basement so it is mounted into concrete...it isn't going anywhere. Areas with wood subfloor maybe a different thing so cannto speak to that.

srahbear from Florida, Rating:4.0Good value. Nice product, good looking. Was just as expected. Assembled like any other lock set, I have used in the past. Would buy again.

kimmie4 from ok, Rating:4.0For the price a really good knob and lock. Not a name brand, but not a hugh price either. I believe just as good a quality as name brands.
