Short Term Affair
Baught Jan 19th , worked well until, sprayer head crapped out in 90 days, try to find a web site or repair parts on line , "I dare ya! "

Where to get parts....
I bought this product with the expectation that it would not be as good as some offered at $200 plus. The one thing that really is irritating is the rubber piece as others have stated falls out with extended push button use and I have not figured out how to get it to stay in there for a longer time period before seeing it laying on the kitchen sink again. I have seen others complain about leaks by the bottom of the faucet. I had this professionally installed and so far have not experienced that problem. My problem is now there is water leaking passed with the push button is, cannot leave it on stream anymore, has to be on "shower" spray or the water passes through extremely fast and makes a mess. I have looked for over a month for replacement parts and I was going crazy. I see some people have given up. I didn't and I have found the answer. Call this company in California, they have the replacement parts for this faucet. even though this says "Denovo" - it is not the manufacturer, the actual manufacturer is "Suneli". Being married to someone in the business of Kitchen and Bathroom design was a plus, my wife recognized the Suneli logo on the base of the fixture right off. so I give her 50% credit on getting the answer. I am in the process of emailing the customer service member from Suneli right now, I will update on the ability to get the pieces/parts I need when I get them. Not a good purhase.
I really wanted to like this faucet as the price was on target and it looks awesome! HOWEVER, the rubber piece that you push to change the water flow comes off regularly, which is extremely annoying. After a year of regular use, the hose in the faucet started leaking, and now there's a constant flow of water that leaks on my counter when I turn the water on. I'm really disappointed in this product.

faucet spray broke
After only one week the faucet would no longer switch between spraying and aerator. It's like the switch broke and you can press it all you want and it does not switch back and forth, they both stay on. So I tried to find out information about the company so I could call them and hopefully get a replacement, but NO LUCK there either. I ended up going to a plumbing store and buying an American Standard version which cost me $80. I did not want to replace the whole faucet as I would have needed to pay a plumber again to uninstall and install. So I do not recommend this product although I like the style and would recommend another brand.

Leaks
I love the look and cost of this faucet. Unfortunately, after only 2 1/2 months of use, it is now leaking where the swivel handle is located. Unable to recommend... :-(

The head on this broker after only 1 year of use, water was spraying out the side of the button and the top of the head. Button was a cheap plastic thing, really pointless. Ater about a month of tracking down the maker and talking to some very in profession people I got a new head at no charge. Now it is working great agin.

Good Faucet, But!
Although the faucet is made very well, and the quality is very good, it does not function very well with a sink that is a 50/50 sink (one sink split into two). The spray is too close to the back of the sink when left in place. And when the spray is taken out of the holder it is a bit difficult to use. It is stiff and the hose does not extend down. It only swivels as far as the spring allows which is not much. If you have one large sink I think it would be a very good faucet to have.

Impressive addition
Very well made, impressive addition to your kitchen. Is taller than it looks. Range of hose is not as extreme as you would think, but enough to be effective. Button to go from stream to spray is a little stiff.

Fun & Efficient!
We've been very happy with this product. I've had it about a year now maybe longer. Its good quality and I love the flexibility of the faucet. I would buy it again and definitely recommend it to friends.

Beautiful Faucet
I have experienced faucet envy - everyone who sees our faucet falls in love and wants one too. It has the look,feel, and operates like a commerical kitchen faucet. Checking prices in box stores, never thought I would actually buy one (second home remodel) so when I found this one on Overstock for about half the price I purchased it. A little challenge installing but my husband is not a "plumber." However, he did figure it out and he really loves this faucet too. Beautiful faucet and we would highly recommend it.
