Nice finish and very functional, however the handle kept falling off. It was a hassle to install it under my sink (sink's fault, not the faucet) so I didn't return it. I just glued the handle on with a water resistant cement. Now it works great and I am very pleased.

The faucet looks terrific and wasn't hard to install. But there was no customer service contact information nor was there any warranty included. It drips occasionally and I don't know who to ask about it. But if it continues to function AND look good on the sink, I'll be pleased with it.
Have not yet installaed this product. Need to find a good plumber in my area. But, it is beautiful looking, seems to be well made and I know will look fantastic on my island. Even though my cabinet handles are brass, this faucet will coordinate very nicely.
The only odd feature is the lever to turn water off/on is situated to the right side of the nozzle. It is not suppose to go in the center. The pic doesn't show the item on a sink which would have been helpful. I had to get this professionally installed b/c of that feature. Overall, love it; great bronze color!! Really makes a statement in our kitchen.
