Clueless customer service
Received the sink within a week. Have not had it installed yet, but the quality is great. At least $100 less than the Ronbow my designer picked out and this is the exact same size. The problem I had with customer service was the answer to the question I asked them about the size of the drain opening. You need that information to order the pop-up drain. This information should be included in the item description. I was told they could get that information within 1-2 days from the manufacturer. Five days later and they still didn't have the information for me. They closed out the case # without ever answering the question. In case they still haven't updated the information, the opening is the standard 1.75" opening.
