This sink looked promising and is large and beautiful upon installation. Within 2 weeks of use, it began to rust. I have not used any abrasive cleaners or any scouring pads. Also, if you don't immediately put some kind of cushion, rubber pad or other protective device on the bottom, the bottom becomes scratched with little effort. The new granite countertop was measured and cut to size and it is now undermounted. I have no way of replacing it without added expense. I do not recommend this product. I should have spent more and gotten better.
I did receive the sink in a timely manner, however: -- the top lip of the larger bowl had a 2 inch dent in it that I had to straighten out with a hammer -- I did not receive the sink traps and undermount clips with the shipment, and had to call Overstock Customer service to get this corrected. They did have this out to me within 2 weeks of my inquiry.
Sink was not as deep as advertised, unless you measure from the bottom of the drain on the underside. It was challenging to fit it in along with a faucet on a standard 24" deep counter. However, I really do like the sink in the end. It is nice and deep enough for handwashing a big tub of dishes.
This sink is really good quality. The big bowl is HUGE! I can finally soak a full size broiler pan lying flat in the sink. And the small sink is the perfect size for prep. I had a similar sink in another house that lists for about $700, and this one is deeper. Most people would say that's a really good thing. But I have to lean over to reach to the bottom and that can be a little hard on the back. The sink is awesome, it's just a case of "be careful for you wish for..."
