DeLonghi White Dolce Gusto Circolo Single Serve Espresso/ Coffee Maker

I purchased the DeLonghi White Dolce Gusto Circolo Single Serve Espresso/ Coffee Maker for my wife this holiday season. Though is was a gift to her, we're both using this automated brew master. Having been raised to always make a pot of coffee, the thought of a single serve machine seemed completely ridiculous to me. But I gave into my wife's "demands" and decided to give this one a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the setup was, the design was really sleek, and making a cup of coffee is easy and convenient! No longer am I wasting coffee grounds like I used to when I would brew a whole pot and find out I was the only one drinking it. The coffee selections that come in the box are nice, you get Americano, Espresso, Cappuccino, and a few others. They're very easy to brew, with the push of a button and flick of a switch you'll smell the delicious aromas the minute your cup starts getting filled. My only complaint is on the refills for this, and other Nestle - Dolce Gusto machines, barely any local retailers carry the refills! I searched at my local grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, etc... I had to make a special trip to Bed, Bath, & Beyond to find some refills, and still all they had was Americano, Decaf, and Espresso. So it's a little disappointing to not be able to get the multitude of beverages Nestle has to offer. Luckily in this digital age you can order the refills online. Nestle even their very own refill service - pay a certain amount every few months and they'll automatically ship you your desired refills.

• How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate, though it would be nice to know before ordering what kind of single serve capsules or cups this unit takes.

Love the coffee this makes,but flavors are limited,as is the availability of the pods. It also has a very small resvoir. My spouse has reverted back to the old fashion drip,because he is frustrated with flavor selections,and lack of caffeeine. I love it, I can have a cappucinno every morning now. so great for flavored cofffees, but as an every morning cup of joe, shop elsewhere
