Refurbished not as good as new
I have always avoided refurbished products, not wanting someone else's problem. But a family member explained that refurbished can be better than new, since it is fully inspected. I gave this oven a try, since the price was so good It does operate as expected. But I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the oven. One of the bumpers on the back was pulled loose, and the metal around it chewed up. Someone used steel wool on the top of the stainless steel surface, leaving scratches. The paint was worn off the door handle corners. The crumb tray had a deep scratch. Overstock's refurbished policy states that a refurbished product may have been used, but I never expected it to be in such an advanced state of "usedness." Never again will I buy something refurbished.

i recommend. far outweighs any other toaster oven i've ever had.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? real stainless steel all everywhere (not that stainless steel "look").
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. this is high end. perfect toasted bagels on the high setting. can fit a pizza. easy to operate.

Disappointing purchase
The toaster oven is large enough for a frozen pizza, its true, but the toaster knob is supposed to wind back after it is set until the toast is done, and then stop. Half the time it does not do that, so you need to monitor it closely. Except for the large size, you are better off going with a cheaper product.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color reproduction is very accurate.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The knobs are cheap plastic. Otherwise it seems decent but not exceptional build quality.
