This heater is very nice for the price. It's compact but has a lot of features such as oscillation, 2 fan speeds, and thermostat control. The only feature it's lacking is the ability to shut off once it's reached a certain temperature. I use one heater in our good-sized living room, which helps to cut down on the furnace running and heating the whole house when we're sitting in the living room at night watching TV. The heater just runs and runs, without shutting off. I wonder if that's because our living room is so large that this one heater cannot heat the space to temperature. We will be taking it in our RV when we go north this summer. Its small footprint will be perfect for the motorhome.Read More
This ceramic tower heater is great - it pumps out heat as soon as you plug it in and DeLonghi is great quality. It's a little smaller than I was expecting, I thought it would be much taller. It's great value for money & heats up a small room in no time at all. Perfect to heat your bedroom while you're dressing, or heat your cold bathroom before you take a bath/shower. It's also great for a quick blast of heat in your lounge but it'll take a long time to heat a larger space/room. It's about as noisy as an electric boiling kettle, so slightly on the loud side, but you soon learn to tune it out as background noise. I love the remote control, digital temp mode & oscillating features. The downside is there's no on/off button that I can find on the actual unit, it's only on the remote.Read More
I have another one which I purchased a few years ago from Costco... I think. It's the best space heater for the money. It has a safety mode where if you pick it up to move it, it automatically goes off. I haven't tipped it over yet, but bet it goes off too. it heats the space really well.Read More
