Not sure if I got a bad one..
Got this machine and tried to use it and it did not work. It kept complaining about no water while the water tank was full. Called the manufacturer and they said it could be defective unit. I'm getting a replacement one. I have tried the lower version of this product called Genio and its very good. The coffee that comes with this product line are quite good. If this particular model does not work I will order the Genio I'm waiting for the replacement of this product from Overstock and then I will update my ratings for this product. Jury is still out on this one...
