It looks good....
The product performs exactly as described, up until it begins to leak. You start noticing that your not getting exactly the cups out of it that you put into it. Then you start noticing the water under it. The product comes with a one year warranty, mine started leaking 2 months out of warranty. DeLonghi does have a repair center, that's 6 hours drive from my home, where I could pay to have it repaired, but that is the only assistance DeLonghi offered.

DeLonghi Combo
I love this machine!! It is easy to clean, easy to use, and makes really great coffee. It did take a bit of getting used to by adjusting the amount of coffee that I use, but once I figured that out, I was very happy with the coffee it was making. I've also used the espresso half a lot and it also makes great coffee, and is fairly easy to do. The machine takes up a lot of room on the counter, but really no more room than 2 separate machines and since its right next to the sink its easy to fill. The strength feature is wonderful - depending on the type of coffee I am using it is nice to be able to adjust the aftertaste that it leaves. I use this machine daily - multiple pots on both sides.

The best coffee machine I've ever had!
My fiance got me this for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE IT. I had originally wanted a Keurig but I am so happy that he got me this one instead. It makes delicious coffee, FAST. It also makes very good cappucino. I have had this for almost a year now and I use it every day.

Not good enough
I think the plastic on every part of the machine makes it seem low quality and do not like the fact that you have to put water into a pressured area after each use. Steam did not come out as strong as I would have liked.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. lots of plastic made it seem cheap. I have had several espresso machines and this one was complicated and not as powerful as my KRUPS I am replacing because of old age.

Terrible product
While the regular coffee component is still working, the express part died after a few days. This is a replacement of a previous DeLonghi that did not work at all. Don't buy it.

love my expresso maker
WOW been waiting for a excellent maker like this...from the moment i opened it i used it it was excellent and made good coffee, the only thing was the froth maker for cappacino was alittle difficult doesnt really heat it up that hot but all the same it's great!! Thank you overstock...

I am very happy with this product
I could not find another machine comparable in the market. I had another before from another company and after a short time using i, it failed. The machine is easy to use, so far is quite reliable an the taste of the coffee it produces is very good. It is programable, which is convenient and easy to clean. The price is very reasonable for this time of product, and the company ithat makes it has a good reputation for the quality of its productds and so far I am enjoy very much. my morning cup of coffee.

Poor quality
The idea of making espresso and frothing milk with ease was why I bought this product. This is my first Delonghi product. It worked great for a couple of months. After 6 months of use, the frothing mechanics started deteriorating. The seals don't hold anymore and the milk leaks all over the machine making huge mess. More importantly, part of the milk frothing device, that is held in by gaskets, will blow out over time which is a huge safety concern with steaming milk being blown everywhere. The only option is to hold it down with your hand, but be careful not to get burned by the steam. I highly recommend to invest the $$$$$ in a different product.

Amazing coffee!!
The coffee drip is fantastic, the expresso cup holder comes out just like a coffee filter would. I am not impressed with the frothing feature as there are so many pieces to take apart, milk gets caked in the corners and it also gets clogged. I do not use it for that reason, boiling the milk on the stove is much easier.
