Great toaster
I agree with some other reviewers that the toasting process takes a little longer than previous models, however, this actually toasts the bread all the way through without burning it. All other toasters I have used mainly toast the outside only. I have found it very easy to use (didn't read the instructions) and am very pleased with this purchase.

Never even tried it.
I returned this without even trying it. It is much too large and bulky to be a 2 slice toaster.

super toaster
Only time will tell if this toaster is truly superior to others. Every toaster I buy seems to break after about a year. Most of the time it is the lever that is used to manually lower the bread into the toaster. So now I have a toaster that does the lowering for me. So far so good. Very nice design, several heat options, a warming rack and gentle touch buttons .
