The sectional was larger than I first thought. It wasn't cheaply put together either. comes with two small leather pillows, which i didnt expect. came in pieces, but was delivered in one week!!! it was easy to assemble by oneself. you need to break in the cusions, but its brand new! make sure to keep out of sunlight, and take care properly as it is leather. it looks exactly like the picture, and is not a miniature version. thumbs down to not finding a matching ottoman. at least, couldn't find one when i bought the couch. its a great deal if you're not ready to spend 2 grand on a sectional. LOVE IT!

This couch is AWESOME! We have been looking for a new couch for over a year and could only find couches that were $1,500 or more that we found suitable. Most of them take 3 weeks minimum to be delivered and it is impossible to find a place you can just go pick up the furniture yourself. This couch shipped the next day (which I ordered it at night so that makes sense). Was delivered within a week and is also very light which will help for future moves. I like that the chaise and the couch are actually separate pieces that you just push together. You can't tell when sitting on it but this makes moving in the future a breeze or if company comes and you need to change around furniture just move it around. The only thing I wish was that the chaise was a little wider and that they had put velcro under the very end cushion because it does tend to push away when you lay on it. However, that's a simple fix I can take care of myself by buying some velcro and attaching. Overall very happy and excited about this purchase! I made my purchase based on the first reviewer's statement and was pleased! YOu will not be disappointed!

This sectional is extremely uncomfortable, even thirty minutes sitting on it causes a backache. It looks nice on the site, but this is seriously not a sectional to cuddle up and watch a movie, very disappointed.

We have had this sofa for 6 months and we are ready to throw it in the garbage; the springs are popping through, it is uncomfortable, and the "wood" in the arm rest just cracked tonight. I'd also like to add that my wife is 120 lbs and I'm 170 lbs; it's not like we're 300 LB jumbos sitting on this couch! Please don't waste your money on this sofa. It might look nice, but if you plan to sit on it, choose another option.

It is comfortable and looks nice. However for $$$ I could have purchased a better quality sofa, something much more solid. You have to assemble the couch and screw the arm rests and back to the base and thus they are wobbly. Be careful leaning on them. The chaise and couch are separate pieces so when you sit on the chaise, it moves away from the couch. If you are a larger person or have kids, don't buy this couch. It is not durable and won't last.

Overall I am very pleased with the sofa and optional ottaman. The delivery truck just brings the shrink wrapped pallet to the front door. Nothing else. I was able to get in into my apartment by myself, but a single woman would need help probably. Assembly went very smoothly. The sofa is very comfortable to sit on. Firm padding and good support on back. One negative, when I leaned on the arm rest to get something off the floor, I heard the wood underneath the material begin to crack. This was on the first day. Not good.

The sofa looks nice and strong, but when two people sat on it (I'm 150lbs and my friend was 160lbs), it broke. Regardless how big it is, it can't hold more than one person.

This sofa is decent for the price. It has a black color, in my basement movie room which is dark makes it look even darker. The frame does not appear to be very strong but for my lightweight family, I don't expect any issues. Assembly was easy.

This sectional looks nice. Its of average quality. The cushions are not very thick and the sectional itself is fairly light weight. It is what o expected for the price.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Cushions were too small for the couch part or didn't fit right so it had a gap. The foam on the cushions were too soft and left an impression that stayed on and never bounced back. I don't think 115 lbs. should cause that.
