I bought these stools as "temporary" until I found something I really liked for my new custom kitchen. After receiving them, my search is over. These match my georgous custom cherry cabinets and look great! I don't think I could find something to match so well even if I spent $100s of dollars. They are comfortable too. They are sturdy which is important since I have young kids - they have NEVER tipped them over trying to climb onto them. GREAT VALUE!!

Very easy to assemble. Exactly as described. Workmanship and cherry finish looks great. Would recommend them and Overstock.com for future purchases. Received chairs sooner than expected.

Bought 2 for our basement bar area. Needed stools that wouldn't over power a basement bar and these were perfect. Bought 2 and like them so much we purchased a second set. We recently purchased four of these barstools. They arrived in a timely fashion, and were relatively easy to assemble. They are solidly built, and are now a proud addition to our newly remodeled kitchen.

I have been using this product for a month now and is very satisfied. It is sturdy and feels well built. The assembly was moderately easy. When fixing the seat, it is slightly difficult to reach the screws. The swivel mechanism is not a 360 degree smooth swivel, rather it is a spring action swivel which always come back to the original position. I didn't know that when I bought it. Seat is big enough for a big person and is comfortable.

This is a second set of barstools that I have purchased. My girl was so impressed with the initial set that she convinced me to get the second set. Funny though,she originally tried to pressure me into buying some local "premium" barstools, but I did not care for the prices. Once these barstools arrived, we were pleasantly impressed with the quality and look. Made our day. Thanks for a quality product at a steal.

Product is great...looks more expensive than it was and I've already received a bunch of compliments. They are very comfortable to sit on too.

I would definitely recommend this barstool. I ordered 4 of them and they were very easy to put together. The cherry finish was the same color as my kitchen cabinets. With the exception of the 1" height exerything was perfect.

Barstools arrived in excellent shape with no damage or scratches. Protective packaging was well done to insure safe arrival. Installation was simple, and all required screws and tools were included. The stools are thickly padded making them quite comfortable to sit on. The only downside was that the stools were sold only in sets of two.. I would have liked to be able to order three. In summary, excellent quality, and well worth the price.

I love the metalic buttons on the seat. The swivel turns back to the original position if you swivel on it.

I've shopped around quite a bit for stools for my kitchen counter. These look great and are very comfortable. They were a great deal for the money. The stools do not swivel around as I had expected... they swivel and then spring back to the orginal position. That was a surprise but still love them.

I'm about 95% happy with these stools. Let me tell you one trick. If you have a lot of stools to put together (I had 6) go get a cheap ratchet and bit to put them together with. We tried to use the little allen wrench that comes with them and it is a knuckle buster! My hubby got a cheap tool set for about $3 and it was well worth it putting the other 5 together. I already have one stud that has backed out. Don't know if it is just defective or if I will have this problem with more of them. I sure hope not! If they hold up well, I will be very pleased with them. Fairly comforatable. Very sturdy.

I read others' reviews and was so impressed with all the positive comments. I ordered them for a gift for my husband's bar. He is pretty picky and I usually strike out with gifts for him but he absolutely loved these and immediately said, "Order 2 more." They look expensive and the price is right having shopped long and hard for bar stools.
