I bought this for my 15 year old son who loves music. I wish I had ordered one for myself too and for my 10 year old daughter who loved it even more than he did. Too bad it was out of stock when I came back to reorder. but if they ever get it back on Overstock.com I will be back. Great idea not only for teens , but all those audiobook loversa, or if you enjoy listening to your nature sounds or sleep indulcing /therapeudic music. Thanks for the great product.

We love this headboard.....even though it doesn't fit the bed frame.

I recently purchased two of these headboards (one for each of my sons). They absolutely LOVE them! My husband found it difficult to screw the frame onto each headboard. . .but, it was worth the trouble! The headboards have excellent sound. They must be plugged into an outlet (so make sure there is one nearby). They even came with the connector to make it work with an ipod or mp3 player. My boys love being able to plug their ipod in and lay on the bed. There is a volume control on the bed itself. The volume will go very loud if turned up on the ipod too. Much louder than I ever expected. I've had to ask them to please turn it down because it was echoing through the house. Very impressed with the quality for the price. I've seen these elsewhere for $200-$400 dollars and they didn't look this nice. The color states dark brown (which it technically is), but it honestly looks black. The brown is SO DARK that everyone thinks it is black. The only way you can tell it is brown is to get very close and compare the color of the material to the color of the speakers (and I mean close. . .as in 12 inches). I don't mind this because it is very easy to find other pieces for the room that will match.

What a deal! My son loves this headboard & it works well with his Ipod ... excellent sound. It's been a hit with friends and family that have come to visit. It looks far more expensive than it really is. The only downside is that the headboard doesn't fit his twin size bed frame exactly, so we attached it to only one side of the frame. Having it up against the wall makes it work just fine and it isn't noticeable.

I loved this headboard and so does my son!! The mp3 system works great and has great sound. Easy to clean and looks great!! Love it..............
