I was a little hesitate about buying this bench online, but I am completely happy with it. The leather is VERY soft, workmanship seems to be adequate, time will tell. The storage space is great.

A very pleasing, space saving buy; looks right anywhere in the home. I really love this in my bedroom. I now have space for extra pillows. I do not normally write reviews, but this one I specially love. I had a slight problem with lining up the legs and one screw is lose. This does not seem to affect the function of the piece.

Another great purchase from Overstock! I searched for a while looking for the right bench for the end of the bed. I'm very pleased with my purchase. It looks great, and it's a substantial, nice piece of furniture. The inside is lined, and the hinges hold the top open well. Plus, it's comfy to sit on. The perfect piece that I was looking for - a quick place to hide things when you need to clean up quickly! Would definitely recommend...

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A HOPE CHEST FOR THE BOTTOM OF MY BED FOR A FEW YRS. THIS LEATHER STORAGE BENCH FITS THE BILL PERFECTLY . IT LOOKS GREAT , CAN HOLD PILLOWS AND A FEW BLANKETS, IT WAS EASY FOR ME TO ASSEMBLE , ALBEIT IT IS VERY HEAVY TO CARRY, BUT, BEST OF ALL THE PRICE WAS RIGHT ! A GREAT FIND !

This storage bench looks great with my Queen sized bed. This bench is awesome! I would've paid about double elsewhere. It looks great at the foot of the bed or alongside a wall. Easy to assemble, well crafted, great value! Highly recommended!!!

I purchased this bench for extra storage in my bedroom/ window seat and it is perfect. There was a lot more storage than I expected and the seat is comfortable as well. There is a single button inside each of the tufted sections. I have base board heating and I was afraid that the bench would block my heat source, but it is such a great height that I don't think that will be a problem. The only negative is that the material is a bit shiny so it looks more bi-cast than leather, but for the price it is an overall good bye.

I have been looking for a bench like this. I was on a budget and didn't think I could find one in leather for this price. I wanted something for storage, that can be used as additional seating in a pinch. It's main purpose was for under the bay window in our bedroom. As a place to sit and put on shoes. While it doesn't hold a ton of stuff, it will hold extra blankets and throw pillows. The quality is good, it was easy to put together and it looks great!

I love this ottoman but I've had it two weeks and one of the buttons just popped off. Now the leather is all weird cause the button is missing. Without the button the leather is loose in one spot. I can't believe it! I'm 5 10" 160 lbs. If it falls apart when I sit on it what going to happen when my in-laws come over?

Since I have purchased this bench I have seen similar, if not identical, leather benches at furniture stores for up to $1000.00. That, of course, makes this an even more outstanding deal! Who can tell any of the benches apart side by side? I could not looking at the more expensive benches in the store. And, believe me I did look very carefully. Afterward, I was glad that I purchased the bench from Overstock and saved tons of money. The bench looks and feels rich. It is a beautiful addition to my foyer.

I purchased this bench for the foot of the bed and have had it for several months. I've purchased frequently from Overstock and have been mostly pleased, so I felt comfortable ordering this, even though it was my first online furniture purchase. It came well-packaged in double cardboard boxes. It's the perfect size (not too big that it fills up the whole width of the queen-size bed). I also liked that the legs and clearance are higher, which gives the bench a lighter feel as compared to some of the "fuller" benches. I thought it was a good compromise between a bench w/full storage vs. a bench w/none at all. And like some of the other reviewers, storage capacity was not an issue for me. Agree w/several other reviewers that the bench was VERY easy to assemble and seems well made all around. The leather is so-so quality but for this price that's to be expected. My only gripe is that the foam cushion is hard and not that comfortable for prolonged sitting (not an issue if it's for a foyer or foot of bed to put your shoes on, but I sometimes sit on it to watch TV). Overall I would recommend this bench as a stylish alternative to other benches and at a good value.

This was the first piece of furniture I have order from the internet. The bench arrive in several days and was easy to assemble. It looks good in several rooms but I purchased it for the bedroom. It has a high quality look.

I was quite pleased with this purchase because of its size and the quality of the leather. It only took a few minutes to assemble the legs. Please note that the storage capacity is some what limited.

Really like all my Overstock purchases thusfar. Really feels sturdy, hinges are heavy-duty. Nice leather look. It's a little shallower than I was expecting (I know, I know, I should've read the dimensions more closely!), still, it fits 3-4 sets of sheets/pillowcases. I probably would've gone with a bench with more storage space if I could do it over, because I live in a small apt w/ limited closet space.

There are plenty of leather bench with storage compartment out there, but most of them are bulky and the prices are out of my budget. I would say this bench is about 95% perfect. The higher clearance from the floor allows me to clean the area underneath without the need to move the bench, though the higher ground clearance yields shallower storage compartment, but that's fine with me since I don't have a lot of stuff to put in there. The hinges will keep the lid up at any angle, so it doesn't slam down when you let go. The quality of the leather isn't the highest I've seen, but at this price, I don't expect much. For years I've been looking for a bench like this for the foyer of my house, so I could sit down while putting on my shoes, now I can finally do so.

This storage bench was just the right size for my room, looks great and adds the storage I wanted. The color is a rich deep brown and the assembly took less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this purchase. You won't be dissappointed.

The great selection offered at Overstock allowed me to find just the right size and color bench for my space. When I received the bench, I was delighted to see it was just as pictured and described. I wasn't able to find a leather bench in this price range anywhere else; and I've been shopping around for some time before checking Overstock. Next time, I'll check here first!

Placed my order for this great bench and had it in 4 days! Put it together by myself in about 10 mins., no problem! Very attractive at the foot of my bed, with enough space to kick off my shoes and hide 'em underneath. great space inside for storing blankets and sheets too. Nice hinges that keep the lid from slammin down on little fingers. Great deal, great piece if furniture!

This bench arrived in a timely manner, undamaged. It was very easy to put together with another person helping. Workmanship was very good. Just wished I had ordered it sooner!!!!!!!!!! The bench was nicer than I expected.

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. This bench is not only affordable but very attractive. I was a little sketchy about ordering furniture online, but I would definitely order again from overstock.
