Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling. For oil based stains, use a professional degreaser.

This is a quite excellent reproduction of a classic at an amazing price point. The bench arrived in just a few days and only took a few minutes to attach the legs. The only problem is that one of the holes for attaching the leg screws was not pre-drilled properly and I had to make a simple adjustment.
This was my first purchase..Little worried...BUT!There was very easy assembly needed..looks very elegant and expensivePrice was just so GOOD!! I definitely recommend this bench to everyone.
A great price...looks more expensive than it cost. It is very lightweight (which probably explains why it's not very costly), but this isn't necessarily a bad thing because we are planning to move this piece around a lot (to put our feet up, as a coffee table, as extra seating around the dining table, etc). The leather is soft with a soft shine to it, and the cushion is definitely comfortable enough to use as extra seating. It'll probably be a bit on the short side to use as seating for the dining table (I measured it to be only 15" height), but it will definitely suffice. The only thing that was a surprise to me is the color of the wood beneath the cushion...it looks very mahogany when contrasted against the dark brown of the leather. I'm not a fan of any wood that has a red color emphasis, but we're hoping to tie that color in with other warm colors in the room.
I had been searching for a Barcelona bench in dark brown...the brown makes it hard to find and most benches I had been finding were $500 plus. This bench fits the bill and looks amazing. I just received it today and put it together in less than half an hour. I was completely impressed with the quality of the leather.
I am using this at the foot of my bed but it would also look great in an entryway or a living room. I disagree with the comment that the leather is shiny. I also did not find the cushion to be thinner than shown. Compared to the wood frame, it is about twice as thick - just as the photo shows.
