The leg was broken when it arrived so it wobbles. Other than that, the product is a good size and looks good.

I am new to ordering items online so I was a bit skeptical, but I was definitely pleased with my new bench. The leather is very rich and the quality is excellent! The bench is not as tall as I was expecting, but a beautiful piece and very functional. The best part was not having to put it together.I would highly recommend it.

I've bench eyeing storage benches for awhile, the wife has pillows everywhere and I needed a way to wrangle them. I looked at local stores that were selling them for $450+ and after tax looking at a pretty penny. I was not willing to pay that much. I never buy furniture unless I've seen it in person, I'm a picky guy, but decided to take a chance anyways, and order the bench. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. It is a good looking piece and I'm happy with the purchase, the leather looks great and you have to be really trying to scratch it up. Seems very durable.

Nice leather. Seems quite sturdy. They give you an allen key, but its to short to go into the feet, so you need a longer one or a long phillips head screwdriver. Overall very nice.

Before we got this storage bench, our foyer was a total wreck. There were three wooden folding chairs placed in a row that we used to sit on to put on and take off our shoes and throw jackets. Gloves, mittens, scarves, hats, strewn on the floor, etc. Now, all that stuff goes into this bench, which we use as a bench. Having 6 kids is hard enough without the right furniture to simplify your life. This bench is a stylish and super functional piece.

This bench is so elegant and modern. It looks just great in our window nook, and I'm tempted to get another to go and the end of our bed, too. I love the fact that it can be used to store things such as blankets, cushions, magazines, and so forth. There's nothing like getting form AND function in a piece, after all! The leather is really rich and supple, and it's quite dark, so it's definitely a fairly modern-looking piece. It sits quite low to the ground, so it's a good choice for smaller spaces, too. It's a great option for extra seating, too, and I often sit on it while I have my morning cup of coffee. Nothing like a garden view while lounging about on this gorgeous piece. Ahh!

I received the bench all in one piece, pull it out of the box and use it. That was great no putting it together. It is made very durable, with 3 boys all over it, it shows no wear and tear. The storage inside is great too, no having to worry about pinched fingers.

We ordered this storage ottoman for our living room and absolutely love it! It is beautifully crafted, soft, and holds all of our throw blankets, remotes, and more. It is a bit smaller than we envisoned, but it is so comfortable for extra seating. I love the child-safe hinges on it. I searched around for a year before deciding on this stoage ottoman and know that we will be very happy with it for many years. In all my research, this is the best full leather storage ottoman at the best price.

The bench comes assembled and was packaged very well. It is a nice color and looks just like the picture. It is comfortable to sit on and is a great accent in a bedroom. It has a good amount of storage and has a lined interior.

I'm pleased with this product. It looks just like the picture; good quality leather, good workmanship. The only thing I would change is making the very short (2") legs longer to make it taller and easier to clean under.

Overall I was very pleased with my storage bench, it is very rich in color and has ample storage space and just the perfect size. The only problem I had was that when we took it out of the box a leg fell off and we realized that the hole was stripped. I didn't want to spend the time and effort to send it back for that reason, so my husband just glued the leg in. I feel I should recieve an expensive item such as this in mint condition, overstock was notified and I was compensated.

We are enjoying this bench. It looks good and came fully assembled. Just be aware that you are able to see the hinges. It's a nice addition to our living room.

bought this ottoman for a narrow space. fits well and looks great. bonus is that it has great storage which we use for my one year old's toys. keeps them tidy adnn out of sight. ours arrived with a broken leg...overstock offered to exchange it but i did not want the hassle. was only disappointed that they ocudl not offer any insight into how to fix it since the ottoman is fully lined adn i coudl not access the leg from the inside. overall love the look.

I purchased this leather bench after my parents decided to order one for the foot of bed in their guest room. When theirs arrived, I ordered one for myself immediately. I am using the bench as "shoe storage" in the downstairs hall and I LOVE it! It is the perfect height for sitting down to put on a pair of shoes and it does not jut out too far into the hall. The espresso brown matches leather purchased from Bassett and Macy's perfectly. The unit holds about 20 pairs of size 12 men's shoes, when stacked neatly. The interior has a soft felt-like lining, and the lid lifts stiffly enough to stay open on its own, but is not difficult to maneuver. The feet of the bench are approximately 2" high and have floor-saving, plastic furniture glides attached to them. There is nothing to assemble and it is ready for use right out of the box. However, if you are planning to use this as a coffee table, please be forewarned. The bench is not nearly tall enough and has a narrower shape than most people would desire in a coffee table ottoman. For anyone planning to use this as storage beneath a window, at the foot of a bed, or in a hallway, it is perfect!

My husband ordered the Darcy Espresso Leather bench and it arrived in a matter of days. The leather is beautiful and appears to be high qualitly but the bench is about 2 inches too short and 2 inches too low to be an effective cocktail ottoman like we had wanted it to be. Just for a reference, the feet on the bench are less than 2 inches tall. Take a good look at the posted measurements and figure out how that will look in your home. We returned it and had to pay for the shipping back to Overstock.

This bench arrived today and I am very pleased with it. It's so nice that it came fully assembled. The leather feels very nice and the top is cushiony and comfortable. I also like the way the hinged lid opens smoothly and doesn't slam shut. It's going to be great to have the extra storage. The only very minor thing that was wrong with it was that one of the legs was slightly bent. I was able to pull it right back into position and it looks great now. I'm a happy customer!

Leather is very dark almost looks black. That said it is a very good looking bench, well made and functional. I get compliments on the bench all the time. One problem was that a leg was broken during shipping but I fixed it myself with some glue so no big deal.

I bought this bench a few months ago and absolutely love it. The only problem I encountered was a broken leg during shipping. We decided to remove the legs and it worked out fine. The manufacturer should consider using a stronger wood for the legs considering that everything else is top notch quality. The leather is beautiful and the piece is built well. I love having the additional storage in our living room. The hinges stay open until you shut the lid. The lid shuts slowly so you don't have to worry about it shutting on your fingers. A+++

This is a very nice product, won't slam kids' fingers and has nice soft leather. The lining inside is nice, and the size is well suited for many different areas. I rate this very higly because it is perfect and looks VERY expensive!

This is a nice storage bench. We use it in front of the couch. We bought different feet for it to raise it up a bit and they match the feet on our couch now. There isn't a lot of wood on the corners to screw in different feet, so be careful if you choose to do that.
