I'm happy with these, having already ordered the petit rustique version and wanting a different color in a different room. They don't totally block out light (and people can see shapes from the outside at night), but this is OK with me and give me the look I wanted. Am happy.

A lovely tropical feel to the window with these blinds. Nice taste of Bali. Product is accurately described and pictured. Easy to hang. Gives a nice earthy feel to the room, bringing nature inside.

These shades look great. The size was hard to find and not available in stores, but I found just the right size on Overstock.com without having to pay for custom made bamboo shades. They were delivered within 3 days too!

I have been looking for the perfect window shade for my kitchen window and I found it at Overstock. I had looked for a shade that allowed some light to come in and this is it. Having older windows no other department store carried the measurements that I needed. I was skeptical at first because of not seeing the product first, but took the chance. I ordered the shades on a Monday with standard shipping and received them on Thursday! The price was right and installation was very easy.

This shade is the perfect size, and looks fabulous. The price beat Home Depot by $7, and this one is even better because it is only 54 inches long. The HD ones are all 72in, overkill for a regular sized window. I'm very happy, and will be purchasing more for my home!

We just remodeled our kitchen and couldn't find the right size shade for our window - 29" wide is hard to find. This shade works perfectly! It fits nicely in the window and works well with the decor. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 overall was that it appeared more "solid" in the photo than it is in reality. We we got it, we noticed that it lets in a lot of light. However, we can live with it. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for something different, as long as they don't need room darkening features.
