These are cute, although the color is not very realistic looking. They do add a touch of whimsical delight to my garden. The best is they are virtually maintenance free.
The flowers in my garden are beautiful and add lots of color when real flowers are not in bloom. They appear very long lasting to be used for many years during the summer. We have a very short summer where I live so like to brighten things up as soon as posible.
I bought these to use in a centerpiece for a fund raising theme luncheon. My table's title was "In a Fairy Garden." These were so perfect that several ladies asked me where I had bought them. I had purchased numerous items for the table and couldn't recall just then where I had gotten them, but, lo and behold, here they are! I will be happy to pass along the good news, and to anyone else looking for a little special color and something extra, these are great. I will use them indoors more likely than outdoors, but they seem fine for either. I think it will depend on how they are used whether they have the impact that you want: use twinkle lights around them; put a couple of artificial butterflies, bees and/or birds with them; wrap ivy or other trailing vines around their bases; add ribbons; glue a few little sequins or other sparkles on them; use several tea lights around them. Don't expect them to look like real flowers. Be creative!
They look a lot bigger in the picture. They seem very dainty like they say, and they have not broken yet. Time will tell.
I was a bit disappointed in the quality of these cute little garden accent flowers. For the price I thought the product would be of higher quality. You could probably find them at some type of dollar store. But they are cute and I've placed them around my garden. I wouldn't purchase any more.
These flowers are quite nice and have definitely filled in gaps when my perennials die out. Great in a flowerpot by themselves.
I ordered one set of these and liked them so much, I immediately ordered a second set. I "planted" them in the front of the house to add some color without the the hassle of watering real flowers. I've had many compliments on them. They hold up well in the wind and rain and after summer's over, I'm going to bring them inside and display them in a vase in the family room.
With the rationing of water these days and wanting some color in my yard, these flowers are just what it needed. The flowers are not silk, but a durable resin/plastic that is very pretty and colorful. They will last for many years and still look great. They DO NOT LOOK REAL, but rather somewhat whimsical and I like them.
I was very disappointed that the stems were plastic and very flexible. These will not work outdoors for me. They are very hard to get into the dirt and I had to wait for a wet day. Once the wind picked up I lost two. I have now put them in a nice plastic vase and have them on a side table on my deck. I thought they would have been more durable. Lesson learned.
I am very, very happy with my flower stakes. The colors are bright and happy; they look real from a distance and I love the way the dance in the breeze.
The flowers are very colorful and the petals move with the wind. Quite durable, our yard man hit one with a weedeater, the petals came off but fit back on the peduncle, a little worse but still "living." When ordering I thought the price was a little high but upon receiving them I realized the price was right.
