This blender worked fine for about 30 days. Then the blades broke off during blending and the glass cracked in the process.

Don't be concerned with this not being a name everyone recognizes, this is by far the BEST blender I have ever used or owned. I worked in an espresso cafe for three years using a $495.00 commercial blender, and it didn't compare to this product! Yeah! No more ice chunks in my smoothies!! Enjoy!

I bought this for my smoothie-making husband and he absolutely loves it! It is powerful, fast, easy to use, durable, and looks good on the counter!

Awesome blender. More powerful than a less expensive model. Has 6 blades rather than the traditional 4. Definitely makes drinks smoooooth.

I like the blender. However, the glass jar got a large chip in the base, and leaked.

I was disappointed when I opened the box - it looked like a reconditioned or returned product. There are several dents in the stainless steel skin and the soft drive gear appears to have a chunck out of it. My 37-year-old Sunbeam blender gave out a while ago and I've been without. So I decided to wash it and give it a try. It works fine. The stainless steer collar has come loose as others have stated, but so far - so good. This would not be a good choice for a gift as it looks used.

I wanted a stainless blender with a glass jar and they are not easy to find. I was so happy when I found this one. Well, it is just okay. it works, but the motor is not as powerful as I had hoped. I paid a lot for it, considering that it does not work nearly as well as my old Hamilton Beach green blender from the 80's. Just average. Save your money and buy something else.

NOW THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE USED THIS EXCELLENT PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH -- WE CAN SAY IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT WE HAVE PURCHASED IN A VERY LONG WHILE. iT IS CLASSIFED AS A BLENDER. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF ITS OVERWHELMING POWER AND GREAT DESIGN, IT CAN EASILY BE USED AS AN EXCELLENT FOOD PROCESSOR. iN FACT, WE HAVE RETIRED OUR OLD FOOD PROCESSOR TO THE GARAGE --BECAUSE THE CYCLONIC BLENDER DOES A PERFECT JOB UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. WE HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH THE COMPANY. HOWEVER, WE BELIEVE THAT AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT SHOULD BE GIVEN VERY HIGH MARKS -- SO OTHERS MAY CONSIDER CHECKING IT OUT FOR THEMSELVES. I love this blender. It crushes everything in it's grip. I had fairly new Oster, but I was constantly having to turn it off, scrape everything down, & try to blend again. Not with this baby! High, low, or pulsing, it blends everything without getting stuck or needing scraping. It is also great for making frozen margaritas. This is a great blender for someone who has trouble using their hands.

This blender is a trash item and that's where it belongs. This blender died on me after the second use.

I have worn out 2 food blenders making thick smoothies. I wanted one that could handle fruit, ice, honey, soy milk, and soy powder without bogging down. The first time I used this food blender I could hardly believe how easily it mixed my smoothie. Then when I tried blending raw cranberries it handled it with no problem. I only wish it had one more speed control than just low and high.

the belnder is wonderful for crushing ice and frozen items. quick and effective

The blender works great. The motor is strong and grinds up everything instantly. The cover to the blender is cheap plastic (wouldn't put it in the dishwasher in fear it might melt) and the outside metal covering around the plastic base that holds the glass container came off (unglued) which is pretty cheap/ poor quality (you can superglue it back on).Overall, are happy with it.

All in all its a adequate blender, I don't see where or how it would retail for $300+ its very basic with just a high and low setting. Its just okay noting great, but does the trick

This blender is a workhorse in a gleaming steel armor! And made in the USA!

I received my blender within a couple of days. I have used it for smoothies and daquires. It works great to make smooth drinks without the ice chunks. The blender is very powerful and does not stall out like my older one. Great product for the price.

My daughter just give me yesterday as Mother's Day gift. I love it!! I opened and the blender oppears very beautiful and heavy duty. Immediately, I plug in and try to make ice strawberry juice. It turns out GREAT. We all happy with the performace and workmanship of this blender. Best Buy!!

I love my new blender. It looks fabulous with my other appliances, and works great too. However, the first blender I received was damaged. But I contacted the manufacturer, and they had another one to me in about a week. Great customer service. This blender crushes ice so quickly and makes great smoothies. Easy to clean too. Definitiely the best blender I've ever had.
