Flaws:--- color was not as represented in the sample--too light
one mechanism was broken and I had to fix it to use the blinds
I really liked the blinds but when you look up close they don't look like wooden blinds, they look like a hard plastic material. So they are a nice quality blind but not what I thought they would look like.

These blinds were exactly as I expected. My son hung these in his bedroom window. The installation went smoothly. He didn't need the full length and removing the extra slats was easy. The header makes them look so complete.
