CustomHouse Cabinetry 48" Mocha TV Console

I ordered this cabinet for our living room and it arrived within 4-6 after being purchased. However, it came damaged! The item is shipped with the cabinet doors already assembled. Short wood screws are used to affix the doors to the cabinet and they busted off during shipment, cracking the doors and popping out the screws. Overstock re-shipped the item immediately, and the second cabinet came damaged in the same location! I returned this item and did not try for a third time.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality of the doors is very poor.

Based on another review I was hoping that the wood would actually be much darker and it was. The stand is very sturdy and looks beautiful, I would say the color is espresso. One of the glass doors arrived with a scratch but I am in the process of getting it replaced. Unfortunately the replacement that arrived was completely shattered but I am confident I will get another replacement. I am definitely very pleased with this tv stand. It's practical without being too big and bulky, sturdy and beautiful dark wood. Major bonus, it comes assembled, which is why I think it's so sturdy. No complaints.

This item is a piece of trash. It arrived with both pieces of glass broken, several splits in the "wood", one door split, and several places where the finish had rubbed off and would have needed repair. I have already arranged to send it back.

This is a very linear, simple piece of furniture, that goes wonderfully in my remodeled living room! The color is a rich dark brown, and the cabinets are deep enough for all the electronics to fit comfortably. Very nice addition to any home. The item arrived all in one piece, and the only things that had to be assembled were the doors --a piece of cake even for a "non-mechanically inclined" individual like me! NOTE: the item arrived damaged, but the OUTSTANDING customer service representatives at Overstock sent a replacement right away (the replacement arrived intact a few days later). I am seriously impressed with the service I have received from Overstock!
