Awesome sturdy bed
I bought this bed never having made an overstock.com purchase. I was a bit nervous about buying something without seeing it. But in the end it was a great choice, the bed arrived very quickly (within 2 weeks of ordering). It took about an hour or so to assemble. The bed is very sturdy, and the headboard is padded so you can comfortably lean up against it or bump into it without pain. Great dark color wood, only complaint was that one of the legs arrived not quite attached securely, however a drill and a few large screws made an easy fix.

Sturdy Bed-Minor imperfections
This bed is solid & Sturdy and looks beautiful! The bed did arrive with the headboard splintered a bit..this did not happen in transit b/c the stain is painted over the splintered.. the stain is not consistent on the headboard...it looks like most areas maybe got 3 coats of paint and a few areas got one....very noticeable! There are multiple drip marks from the paint on the side rails as well as some pitting and natural knots. U cant help the natural characteristics of the wood but they should have selected a better piece of wood b/c the knot looks ugly as it's in the center of the side rail! Plus, there are support legs that go under the bed slats...well, those are 4 inches to short and do not reach the floor.. my friend had to put wooden blocks beneath it so the mattress wouldnt collapse. Overstock is sending me a brand new bed (luckily i saved the box) but they do not offer white glove service for returns so that means I have to find someone to disassemble the bed and reassemble the new one. The color of the bed is a rich espresso and the bed itself pulls the room together well. The leather is not real and more of a muddy chocolate in color (it looks nice) and you can't tell it is faux. If it werent for the minor imperfections i Would have given this bed 5 stars! Hopefully i will have better luck with my replacement bed..... Giid thing i purchased the 5yr warranty!!!

Gorgeous bed very easy to put together, did require a friend to help guide into slots for head board, and foot board. It came with 3 pieces of wood that required screwing in to bed frames, very easy. I did go out and purchase 2 more wood for extra support.

Gorgeous!
Love this bed! It fit together pretty nice (except we didn't bother with the screws that were included to reinforce the frame b/c the holes didn't match up, but I don't think those are necessary, we jumped on the frame and it didn't move). It was really simple to put together. The headboard was heavy, but my husband and I could easily take down our old one and put this new one up in about an hour with three little ones milling about. Love the dark wood and the sturdiness of this product. Highly recommend!

Poor Shipping
I bought this online and happy with the product. However, our package came all battered up with holes. It even scratched the headboard. Other than the scratched headboard, I recommend the product.
