I bought this because I bought a hookless shower curtain, and we felt cramped. This curved rod definitely improves the space without making our small bathroom feel smaller. The brass finish matched all my door knobs and drawer pulls. The one thing i felt was below par was when I was mounting the brass plating peeled up when I tightened the screws. Hopefully it doesn't come off the bar. So far it great!
I purchased this for my shower but it fit in my daughter's bath/shower room. I knew about these curved shower rods becaused they are used in 4 or 5 star hotels. They give your move room in your shower/bath area and look great from the other side, too. My brother in law installed it for me and had no problem. Try it and you will love it.
This curtain rod provides more room in the tub to take a shower. May son is a big man and he now feels like he has ample room to move about in the shower. He does not feel so claustrophobic any more. It was a very worthwhile purchase for this family.
I was worried about this working in our tiny bathroom... but, as both my husband and I are of "larger size" we wanted more room in the shower... and it works great! Totally worth the price, as he almost bought it somewhere else for 90 bucks.
