I purchased 3 panels of this curtain in Sky Blue. The color is soft and nice, however the first package I opened had bad stitching and a hole where the stitching had come undone. There are also several loose threads and I was afraid they would continue to come undone. I am returning them today and hope these were just a one-off and not how these curtains would normally come.

I chose these voile curtains because I like the look better than sheers. Since they could be used outside I paid more for them than indoor curtains. The outside label was for 84" but the inside label was for 96". I kept them even thought they are a little long because I like them so much.

I bought these in the red plaid. They really brighten up the kitchen, and make it look comfortable and cheerful! I wish I had bought the slightly longer length for my windows - these stop a few inches short, so measure a few times, and carefully, before purchasing. However, I liked them well enough that I didn't want to bother with an exchange (and the cats love to peek underneath then anyway).

curtains were great. however, shame on me, I loved that other users said the gray had a blue-ish tint to it....that is what I wanted, a blue gray curtain. To me they are clearly gray! Regardless, that is not the manufacturers fault...they are good quality!

Bought them for our bedroom here at out beach house. They keep out the light and do help insulate. I have been very happy with them and would buy them again. They were a good price when I shopped around. We have had them for two years now and they are wearing well.

I have these shades hung in all my boys bedrooms. We have in the window blinds by XXXXX but they don't block out sun. So I hung these for a design element and practicality. I have them in 3 bedrooms. I like them because they are simple to put up. They come in a variety of colors. I only let them use the blinds (meaning drop them) on weekends or else they don't want to get up in the morning.

After hanging these drapes in our bedroom, I was rather disappointed that they were so wrinkly. However, after a couple of weeks they straightened out and now I really like them. I would definitely buy them again for another room, if I needed them.

These panels are very nicely made and are fairly true to colors on screen. They are a little too shiny for the look I needed, but would look great in a room that is more dressy than casual.

We were looking for economical curtains for a bedroom with lots of windows. It was important that they minimize light and insulate against the hot Western sun in the afternoons. They fit the bill perfectly.

I ordered four of these panels to across three windows in our bedroom. I get home late from work at night and sleep in during the morning, so I wanted something that would give privacy at night and limit sunlight in the morning. These curtains accomplish both of these functions. They also have a nice sheen to them and when closed give the illusion of a larger window behind them. I have received multiple comments on these panels from people visiting my new home. I would definitely recommend them! Plus they are an excellent price!

I am very happy with this purchase. This same item I initially found on JC Penney's. I checked on overstock.com and found it for much less! I ordered six panels to cover our 3 bedroom windows and saved over $100 to what I would have spent at Penney's. Very pleased!

Curtains was not exactly as described. Thought I was getting Grommet panels and instead they were pocket panels. Still nice curtains though.

We ordered these in white for our new sunroom, to filter light and for privacy, and they are excellent! Wonderful design, and just the right amount of coverage for a 3 season glass room. Grommets are made well, too.

I love these curtains. They really do darken my bedroom and make sleeping a long night away that much easier. Soon to purchase another set. Fast service, too!

These silverish curtains exactly match the comforter and sheets I bought for our bedroom. They keep out a lot of the heat in summer and cold in winter.

I have these in my bedroom and I love them! They compliment the sage/light purple colors. Absolutely beautiful and they look like I paid WAY more than I did.

I bought 4 of the sage green drapes. I love them! They are perfect in my family room so match with my rug that has some sage in it. They let in a ton of light and look light and airy, and when the sun shines it definitely mutes the color, but in a good way. I was a bit surprised by the feeling of the material. They are more rough feeling than smooth, but that's totally OK for me.

Based on the picture you would have never guessed that the curtains are sheer. Yes, sheer. The color of the curtains I loved so I decided to keep them because it matches my decor.

Use curtains to enhance and customize your bedroom. Even if you already have window blinds or shades, curtains is an inexpensive way to create a cohesive look throughout a space and tie together a specific color scheme. Use vintage-style curtains featuring embroidered details for a charming look or hang lace window treatments for a romantic room. Gauzy curtains will catch the breezes during warm summer months, while heavy cotton window treatments will block out excess light and heat.
Hanging a valance and curtains over your window will add dimension, texture and style to any room. Window curtains with a valance give your window treatments a finished, designer look. If you want to block out light, a valance and full-length blackout panel curtain is your best choice. If you are more interested in decoration and only need to block minimal light, then a valance over sheer curtains is a good choice. It's important to measure the window and decide what type of curtains you want before you buy the curtain hardware. A cafe rod will be sufficient to support a sheer curtain, but you will need a stronger curtain rod to support heavier fabrics such as blackout panels. Also, the larger the window, the sturdier the curtain rod will need to be.
When you need to quickly hang hemmed drapes or curtains, drapery hooks are an effective and easy-to-use option. The basic style of this curtain hardware staple is a single wire folded against itself; one end has a sharp prong and the other end is bent into a curved hook. All drapery pins and hooks work the same way, and the technique is fairly easy to master. If you're looking for a simple window treatment project, these hooks are the ideal drapery hardware because you can successfully hang drapes and curtains with them without a lot of time, hassle or tools. Read on for instructions on hanging drapery hooks in your windows.

Curtains can add a distinct feel or the finishing touch to a room. Whether the room is undergoing a complete remodel or just needs sprucing up, the selection of window curtains can add or distract from the desired outcome. Things to consider before selecting curtains are the room they will hang in, color, style and design elements such as curtain hardware and embellishments. Consider whether the curtains are more functional or ornamental in use.
Curtains add privacy and style to a room, but before you buy a set, you'll need to know which size is right. You'll find that curtains usually come in lengths of 63 inches, 84 inches, 95 inches, 108 inches, and 120 inches. The length you choose will depend on the look that you want as well as the placement of your curtain rod.
Picking out the best window coverings for your home may not be rocket science, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't put some consideration into what you choose. Instead of buying curtains based strictly on looks, think about the way you want the curtains to hang and the amount of privacy you want them to provide. Keep these tips in mind as you shop for new curtains or drapes.
Formal living rooms need something more than a standard curtain rod to exude elegance and timelessness. You can have the most luxurious couches and elaborate wall art, but without the right window treatments, the room will still feel bare. The best curtain fabric to hang in living rooms is typically something heavy, with a sheen, like damask or silk. These weighty textiles need equally strong hardware to balance the look. Here are the best curtain hardware styles for your formal living room.
Curtains are a great way to accent the decor in every room in the house. Tension rods, also called spring rods, are curtain hardware which allow you to hang window curtains, wall curtains or shower curtains without installing curtain rod hardware on the walls. If an existing tension rod slips or if you want to change the curtain panels or add curtain rings, you may need to remove and adjust the rod before putting it back in place. Tension rods are positioned between two facing surfaces, such as the interior frame of a window or the opposing sides of a shower cubicle.
Shower curtains drastically change the look of a bathroom, and cloth shower curtains can take bath decor from mediocre to magnificent. Cloth shower curtains, also known as fabric shower curtains, have been around for ages, but they lost some of their popularity to vinyl shower curtains in the last few decades. Cloth shower curtains have reemerged as one of the most sought after bath products in recent years. While vinyl shower curtains are practical and low cost, a cloth shower curtain is a great choice if you're concerned with making your bathroom a place you love to be.
