These are great cutting boards because the rounded edges help food and juices from falling off and making a big mess. They are also easy to move from one part of the kitchen to another. My only complaint is that the color stainds from various foods don't come off that easily in the dishwasher. I need to try using SoftScrub to remove them like the manufacturer's information states. Overall, great value.

The upturned rims indeed prevent spills. I love that they come in a pack of 03 which make it easier to avoid cross-contamination - one for fresh produce, one for raw meat and the last one for cooked food. Just like any other cutting boards, they wear out over time from your knife. I'm fixing to replace my old ones with a new pack.

My husband and I bought these before we started our family. We are still using them today after 25 years. Dishwasher safe. We had to buy a set for everyone in my husbands family and mine too. Not bulky. Easy to clean. You'll never go back to wood again.

The curved lip around the edge makes this "prep" board good for things like making sandwiches so crumbs don't scatter everywhere. I tried to cut cheeses and meats on them, as the photo shows (by the by cutting board was the category under which this item was listed under after all). Not so good, the same lip makes usual cutting board task difficult. Other than the long rectangle sized one, the other two are not large enough for much of any thing, the shape is also a draw back to their function. The design and size (and photo) seems to imply that they are actually cheep serving ware. I do appreciate having a vessel that my children can make their lunches on without the crumb explosion, however, for the xxxxxxx and loss of storage space, I think I could have continued to wipe off the counter.

I purchased the square prep board about 14 years ago & have used it almost everyday since. I decided to get a new one as the old one has warped on the edges from accidentally being left too close to the stove top & I have to bleach out the stains from the cuts over the years. I paid $10 for that one years ago so loved the 3 for the special price. They are very handy with the curved edge to catch juice when you cut meat. They are light weight to carry cut vegies from counter to pan on stove, etc.

Bought these for the kitchen in our new vacation house. Wish I had these at our other home as well. They are all an excellent size, they contain liquids that are released during cutting and some solids that go flying as well, and they are so pretty that my father thought they were platters. Only issue is that if you are chopping with a big knife, the upturned edge may get in your way. I use the rectangular one on an angle to deal with that.

I haven't used the the boards yet since I bought them for our remodeled kitchen that isn't done yet but they look very nice. I like the the curved edges so they hold any liquid that may come off of what you are cutting. I also like the different shapes, you can choose which one you will always use for meat, vegetables and fruit.

These were purchased for my husband who lives in our kitchen and enjoys cooking. He really likes these prep boards. One of the features he likes most is they are not flat. He prefers these to our other cutting/prep boards because of this feature and will only use a flat one of the others are in use. The price is great! Quite the value. I saw one of these for sale at a kitchen and bath store for $19.99, and it was the smallest of the three!
