Overstock is asking for a review but I've only had the toaster a few weeks. It came missing the wire rack needed for making toast. Trying to get it has been very frustrating. They only communicate by email and I've had multiple responses on the same day saying different things-the warehouse will ship it, they have to replace the whole unit, make them an offer for a reduced price to keep the incomplete unit. It's a big toaster, doesn't fit my appliance garage cabinet, so remember to measure. It seems built well, but we're not able to use it correctly.

I am very pleased with this product......looks brand new except a very small scratch. It was in the original box. I had never realised that the toaster option actually stopped toasting when the toast was done. My toast is Much better than with my regular toaster that never seemed to get it right. Baked potato couldn't be better, Easy to clean and looks good in my kitchen. I am starting to use it more and more instead of my big oven and nave not been disappointed in anything yet.

I have been searching for a toaster oven that doesn't burn everything I put in it and I've finally found what I've been looking for! I read the reviews on your website but was hesitant because of the fact that it was a factory "re-do." I'm thrilled with this toaster oven. The removable crumb tray keeps it clean and the fact that items toast farther away than your average toaster means things don't burn on one side. It's definitely worth spending the extra money!

The first Cuisinart Toaster Oven I received had a malfuntioning toaster button. I received a replacement very soon after I asked for one, even before I had a chance to return the 1st one. The replacement works fine. I've used the toaster, broiler and oven and all work as I believe they should. It's very nice looking and doesn't take up a lot of space.
