I just bought this product, and I was a little concerned about it because it said "refurbished". It is actually like new and works just as advertised.I am really happy with the fast and delicious results. It is also easy to clean up.

I've only used this a couple of times but have found it to be aan easy cleanup. I fixed vegetables and they were extremely tasty. I'm going to see what fish does in it tonight.

I bought this for my friend who had visited and used mine. She fell in love with it, as I had when I got it. It steams very quickly because of the convection fan, veggies are tasty and beautiful color. Holds lots of veggies--I like to put salmon or other fish nin the top basket and veggies in lower part--and they are all done in a few minutes. I researched steamers and this was very highly reviewed, and of course, Overstock had the best price,as usual. I often purchase refurbished by manufacturer items, am have not been disappointed with any of them. Highly recommend!

I thought I had written a review for this. It was such a great price I had to have it .. and truthfully i havn't used it yet. But I live alone,So I have it for the next time I have a crowd. or I may give it to my grandaughter..Although! I am really looking forward to using it. I may just get it out today.. Thanks over stock for having affordable things for seniors like me.. I love your prices and have bought several things since i bought this. I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPOINTED.. EVER!!

Thers is no way to tell that this unit is refurbished. It works great!

I was reluctant to purchase a refurbished appliance as this usually means it was returned for one reason or another, but I couldn't be happier. This is truely a convection steamer and steams in half the time as my old steamer. The covection fan is a little noisy but once you see how quickly it steams it doesn't seem that noisy anymore. Tamales steamed in half the time as usual and it has quickly become a standard means for preparing all vegetable side dishes.
