We were looking to replace a "good old blender" when we decided to look on Overstock. We bought a Cuisinart for half of some others that we were considering and couldn't be happier. It arrived promptly and works better than just any "blender". The power is such that it never bogs down and the blades pull the food to them so you get less of the dry spinning. It looks good on the counter also. No more hiding the blender! We recommend this product highly.

I would highly recommend purchasing the additional insurance on this product. Be careful when purchasing refurbished items. I was only able to use the blender a couple of times before it quit working. Breaks down to $25 per use. Not so great of a deal when put in that perspective. But hey, at least it looks pretty.....

Great Looking blender. Matches my stainless steel appliances. Blends well, not the best at chopping through ice cubes. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. It replaced a 25 year old blender so I am hopeful it will last that long.
