Funny, my blender died and I was looking for a new one when I clicked on this one and realized that I HAVE THIS BLENDER! I've had it for a couple years, but use it about 1-2 times a month. I went to blend soup and it started to smell and black stuff came out . I know I've had it for a while, but it hasn't goten that much use for it to die. The cheap one I had before this one lasted over 10 years with the same use. Not impressed.

My only objection to this product is that it was made in China. Thus, it did not get a 5-star rating.

I have had this blender for several years, and use it daily for protein shakes, chopping ice with the protein powder and a variety of fruits. It works great! The drinks are well blended with no chunks of ice!! I have NO complaints, and am considering buying another one as a gift to my son, who has his own home.
