    Little difficult to keep adding ingredients while completing recipe. But, at least it can be eased by the head hinge. Love the power, love the storage of completing 3 to 4 Rum cakes and tripling recipes when needed. A beauty to look at. BUT, still would like a cover for it. Any suggestions?
