I love the color. Of course that has nothing to do with the performance. I am still experimenting with it to determine the best way to NOT overchop things, if you will. It is smaller than I expected but fine for the 2 of us. It i simple, easy to clean and store. If you wanted to chop quatities of food, it would probably be too small for you.

I PURCHASED THE CUISNART MINI PROCESSOR FOR SMALL JOBS IN FOOD PREP; I HAVE THE LARGE ONE, BUT NEEDED SOMTHING SMALLER AND LESS CUMBERSOME FOR EVERYDAY THINGS LIKE CHOPPING UP A PEPPER, CUTTING UP CELERY OR ONIONS ETC. I'VE ONLY USED IT A FEW TIMES SINCE IT ARRIVED, BUT I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH ITS PERFORMANCE SO FAR. IT'S VERY POWERFUL, EASY TO CONTROL THAT POWER WITH THE PULSE ACTION ( IN ORDER TO REACH DESIRED LEVELS OF CONSISTENCY),EASY TO CLEAN, ANNNND, VERY EASY TO STORE ANYWHERE, ON THE COUNTER, ON A SHELF IN A DISH CLOSET...COMPACT AND CONVENIENT! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS A LITTLE HELPER IN THE KITCHEN!
