This blender/chopper is pretty amazing. I've been looking for one of these for a while, but i was pressed to find one that could do both quality choping and blending. I've used it 50 times already and everything comes out perfect. This model has as much as power as the kinds they use in restaurants and bars. So i know my veggies will always be chopped to perfection and my daquiris will always be smooth, not chunky. I highly reccomed this to any one who is in the market for a blender and or chopper and has limited storage space. It works really well, it looks cool, and the price can't be beat.

I really like the sturdiness and size of this unit. It is not too tall, so it fits under most cabinets. The base is broad, so the unit will stand up in a refrigerateor without worry of it tipping over. Plus it looks nice. Functionally, I had no problem turning ice into a icy slush, perfect for punches or alcoholic beverages. And it did it fast with minimal noise and no vibration. The handle and base to the pitcher are made of plastic which worries me about the long-term life, especially if you are a little clumsy. The glass pitcher is very sturdy and has nice, clear measurements marked on the front and back. I really like the fact that its short stature makes it easy to store with the pitcher (or chopper) on the base.

I purchased this item for my mother for her bithday. She has arthritis, grating & chopping are uncomfortable for her. She is very pleased with both the food processor & blender the item has lots of power, chops ice well and is quick. The smaller 3 cup size food processor bowl for them is just the right size for her needs, salad fixins, goody preperations & just chopping up vegies to store into the freezer or fridge. The blender jar holds 50 oz and is very durable and works great for malts & smoothies. As she was so pleased with the one I purchased for her, I went to order one for myself a couple weeks later and they were all sold out . I wish I had ordered myself one at the same time. The unit is well made & works well.

First one was defective, but was quickly replaced by competent Overstock customer service. Second one works fine. Ice crushing ability is fair..can't crush ice evenly, definitely not for frozen margarita-a bit of dissapointement. I like the food presessor component as it is space saving and handy when need to chop stuff. I like the overall appearanece.

I am having a smoothing good time, blending fruits with yogurt this summer. This product is so superior to my previous blender. The smoothy making is fast, The food processor unit is quite small but most useful for everyday cooking. I have a large Cuisinart food processor which is just too bulky for everyday use. Bravo to Cuisinart! This is a good product

Purchased as a Christmas gift so has not been used yet. I am disappointed in this purchase simply because the item was not listed as "Refurbished" on the website. We found out it was refurbished only when opening the box. Blender only has a 90 day warrenty. I thought (apparently inaccurately) that I was purchasing a NEW blender. Website SHOULD specify whether NEW or REFURBISHED.

Very powerful motor and quality parts. I found this product easy to put together and take apart to clean.

Im replacing kitchen items I lost in my flooded house from Katrina. I was determined to buy a better blender and food processor this time. Its perfect with one exception. The container on the food processor is small maybe 3 cups. The blender container is standard size. But it all works well, the motor is powerful and not too noisy.

Perfect for the money. I highly recommend this item for anyone looking for a great looking piece!!!!

Great product overall. Has a plastic base to the glass pitcher, expected metal but it functions fine. This thing grinds frozen fruit for me every morning and has for years... and still works great. I've replaced the cutting blades twice after they failed and seized up but they are cheap and easy to fix, not to mention the abuse they take. Food processor works great also. Kitchenaid is more powerful but costs a lot more. Great value for the O price.

Very nice product. easy to use and I love the food processor. The processor is not for large meals but easy to use, quick to set up and clean. The only issue I noted is the blender base being plastic and is not as sturdy as I would preffer, but I have used it a bunch and it is holding up well.

I recieved my Quisinart Blender/ Food Processor combo and was shocked that it was a refurbished unit. it looks so new & It works great! my husband loves making his Hummas and Falafel with ithe food Proceesor. I love making my fruit smoothies with the blender.The price was perfect as my mom wanted to buy it for me for Christmas and she is on a fixed income.

My new blender/food processor came yesterday. I have not tried all the functions yet, but the ones I did use so far worked beautifully. I like the real glass blender container. The sturdiness of the base makes it easy to use without tipping over. The motor has a smooth sound and is less noisy than some of the ones I have had in the past. I rated the durability as average because it just arrived yesterday, but the quality of workmanship leads me to believe it will last a long time.

I bought a refurbished Cuisinart blender / food processer combo from Overstock .com and have been thrilled with it from day one. First of all it looked brand new and it works like it's brand new. I got it for much less than I would have had to pay for the same product had it really been new and never used before. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a great deal. I've made frozen drinks with it, and fresh salsa, sliced potatoes and chopped onion with it far and have been very happy with the results. It's a lot of bang for the money! Good Job, Overstock.com!

this is the second refurb product i have purchase and it is the second one that is defective. the price is great and the product would be wonderful if it didnt leak. but it is large and bulky and will be a major pain to repackage and return. the coffemaker i bought previously which also leaked was so bulky i just threw it away and ate the cost. the blender was fabulous on doing ice, probably be a fabulous product if it didnt leak.

Very happy with this product. It works better than any other blender I've ever had. It actually crushes ice completely - no stray chunks. However, it hardly looks like new. I realize it's "refurbished," but the base had scratches all over it. So, I keep it hidden under the counter when not in use. I definitely feel I got my money's worth.

I've had the blender a couple of weeks so I can't yet comment on its durability, but other than that love it. Yes, LOVE IT! It chops thru ice well and has simple yet, effective controls. Looks nice on the countertop with stainless appliances. Overstock was speedy quick in getting it delivered. Nicely packaged too. We've been making smoothies and saving a ton off the store-bought ones.

I have been looking for the right food processor for months and I knew that I wanted a Cuisinart. When I found this one on Overstock I was very excited, though concerned about it being refurbished. My concerns were put to rest as soon as I opened the box. The product looked brand new and I have already used the blender and processor and both work like a dream! I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished model but it is perfect so far. All the pieces look brand new and it functions as I would expect it. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Great space saver and the attached food processor is just as good as their regular food processor just a little bit smaller. It handles making raw food dishes for a single person or party very easy and works great! This is what I purchased it for. The black big base is not as attractive but the motor is very strong and gets the job done! Highly recommended. (Could not even tell it was refurbished!) Overstock also did a great job refurbishing it!
