Look this pan!
Love my Cuisinart pans, just remember to cook on a lower heat and clean up is easy.This is my husbands pan he needs a big pan because everything he makes is double. No worries with utensils, no coating to scratch. I would recommend any of the Cuisinart but especially the MultiClad Stainless these are lifetime pans.

A Perfect Gift
I bought this as a gift for my sister who likes to make paella. I have the Chef's Classic in this size and use it all of the time. I love this casserole pan and have even used it to cook chops in the oven that turned out perfect every time. Can't recommend it enough.

Love at first sight!
I have wanted to upgrade my pots and pans for several years. I previously owned Farberware that is still in good shape. They are 26 years old and have held up well. I cook for a large family and have wished that my pans would perform as well as some of those I have seen on the Food Network. This style of pan is highly recommended by Ina Garten, only by a different name. When I saw the price for this pan I knew I had to try it. WOW! It is beautiful and functional. I have only owned it about a week and have used it at least 3 or 4 times. It cooks so evenly and at a lower temp. Easy clean-up too. I am glad to own this now, only wished I would have purchased sooner!

Great Pan
This is a great set! I recently purchased the 12 pc set and added this to my collection. This is a nice heavy weight stainless. One drawback is I do not like the iterior discoloration after cooking but using zud or similar product will take care of this. I do love the cuisinart Multiclad pro. I actually retured Emeril tri ply and replaced it with the cuisinat multiclad pro and I know I made the right decision.

Fantastic pot...fantastic price
I was all about AllClad until I bought Cuisinart's Multiclad pots....now I have a assortment of both and as far as I am concerned you cannot tell one brand from the other...cooks evenly, pots are heavy..easy to clean...just make sure you buy Cuisinart MULTICLAD....also like the shape and size of this particular pot...really like the two handles...easy to use.
