Cuisinart 3.5 qt saute pan
This pan cleans up real nice, but it isn't flat enough on the bottom, and so it moves around on the burner too much.

Best deal on the internet!
I wanted a saute pan and this one was recommended as the best buy by America's Test Kitchen. I looked around for best price and once again, Overstock had it. We use this pan all the time. Love it!

Great saute pan
I consider this pan as the same quality of All Clad but without the high price. Also, the handle on this pan is more comfortable than the All Clad saute pan.

My husband dumped all the non-stick pans last year and bought ceramic clad ones from a retail store. After a month they started to stick. I needed tons of oil. I said they were not going to last long and asked him to back and research an alternative. I found this on Overstock about the same time he found several internet reviews which rated this brand and particularly this model very highy. I bought one then and there. You do need some oil since it is stainless steel. However the bottom is quite thick and the heat disc so works well.Iif you keep the burner low you can cook quite nicely. We have a gas stove and it has left a few stains on the outside. That may be a curse for some people, but I don't hang mine on display so I don't care. There is probably some formula out there to remove them but they are so small it is not a problem to me. Really love the light weight compared to the ceramic coating. I will buy more as the ceramic chips and sticks. If you don't want the chemicals from the teflon type surfaces, it is either ceramic or this. For me it is only this.
